Hare bhare kabab recipe ..

Sardiyon main hari sabjiyon ki bahaar hoti hai .. chahe wo patte wali sabjiyan ho ya .. hari matar .. Taji hari sabji se bazar bhara rehta hai ... Ab roj roj matar ya palak ki sabji kha kr to boriyat hone lgti hai na ??
To kch aisa bnaate hai aaj jinme hm ye hari sabji bi shamil kre or hme ise sabji ya curry form main khana bi na pade ...
Palak bahut hi sehatmand hai .. isme bharpoor iron hota hai jo hm ladies k liye bahut jaroori hai daily basis pr lena .. Ek portion green leafy veggies daily diet main jaroor shamil krna chaiye ..

Matar bi fibre se bharpoor hote hai .. or fresh matar ki swaad k kya kehne ...

Making today a snack from these two veggies .. called "hare bhare kabab"

Pure vegetarian logo k liye ye ek bahut hi tasty or nutritious recipe hai .. isme green veggies k sath stuffing main nuts use kiye hai to its very healthy too .. to aaiye jante hai iski recipe ...

  1. Spinach .. half bowl blanch and grinded 
  2. Grean fresh peas little boiled and mashed -half bowl.
  3. Potatoes- 2medium -boiled and mashed 
  4. Bread crumbs half bowl 
  5. Green chilli and ginger paste -1tsp
  6. Black salt 1/2tsp
  7. Red chilli flakes 1/2tsp
  8. Garam masala powder 1/2tsp
  9. Salt as per taste 
For stuffing ..some cashew and kishmish chopped
Method ... mix spinach,peas and potatoes well in a big bowl add all spices and combine well add half of bread crumbs if you think this mix is little wet then add some more bread crumbs to it ..
Make little balls of it fill it with chopped nuts and make a flat pattie of this mixture .. Shallow fry these patties on the medium heat with the help of ghee in a heavy bottomed pan .. cook slowly it till it gets golden colour.. Healthy and tasty hara bhara kabab is ready  .. serve it with dahi wali pudine ki chutney .. Try it at your kitchen this winter for sure.. Happy cooking friends ... ❤
Tip for this recipe .. Palak ko paste bnane k liye use blanch hi kre or grind krte wqt pani na istemal kre .. jitna dry paste aap bna payenge aapke kabab utne hi firm or crispy bnenge
