Aaj bnaate hai bahut hi aasaan moong dal k chille (creps) stuffed .. moong dal ek bahut halki or swaadist dalo main se ek  hai .. ye easliy digest ho jati hai or aayurveda ki drishti se sarwottam maani jati hai ..

Barso se hm moong dal k saade chilee khate bnaate aaye hai .. ab bahut alag alag tarike se log bnaate khate hai ..

Ingredients.. moong dal .. 1 cup
2.hari mirch 4-5 .. baarik kati hui
3.hara dhaniya .. baarik kata hua
4.adrak ..ek tukda
5.namak swaadanusar
6. Lal mirch powder .. 1/2 tsp
7.namak swaadanusar
Moong dal ko 4-5 ghante bhigo kr .. use mixee main pees lena hai peeste wqt hi adrak bi dal kr sath main pees lena hai .. phir isme namak,lalamirch,harimirch,haradhaniya dal kr ghol bna lena hai .. dal k chille ka ghol taiyar hai ..

Stuffing k liye .. 1.pattagobhi .. baarik kati hui .. 1/4 cup
2. Gajar kasi hui .. 1/4 cup
3.pyaaj lambi lambi baarik kati hui .. 1/4
cup
Agar aap chahe to stuffing main cheese ya paneer bi dal sakte hai .. sari sabjiyo ko mila le usme thoda kata hara dhaniya hari mirch or halka sa namak dale .. cheese ya paneer jo bi dalna chahe use bi grate krk sabjiyo k sath mila le .. aapki stuffing taiyar hai ...
Ab gas pr tawa garam kre . Medium flame pr moong dal ka ek bada spoon mixture tawa pe dale or gol aakar main spread kr le oil lga kr dono taraf se seke .. thoda sik jate tb stuffing ko pure chille pr evenly spread kr le ..ab lambi lambi stripes main cut kr le .. or ek stripes ko roll kr le..
Green chutney or tomato ketchup k sath garnish kr k serve kre ...
