Hello friends, aaj phir oats ki ek healthy recipe le aai hoon,aap sapke liye,bahut sari sabjiyon ke sath or oats ki khoobiyon k sath ye ek bahut hi healthy recipe hai. Main hamesha kosis krti hoon oats ko kisi na kisi roop main daily diet mai shamil krne ko ..

Iske ingredients or taiyari waisi hi hai jaise ki hm idli,appe ya uttapam ki krte hai,or haan agar inme se kisi bi dish ka batter bach jaye to bi aap ye muffins bna sakte hai.
Isko bnaane k liye hme chaiye hoga ..

1. Oats ( 1/2 cup ) grind kiya hua

2.suji ( 1/2 cup)

3.curd (dahi) ... 1cup

4. chopped veggies
(carrots,beans,peas and cabbage
and onion)  1/2cup .. gajar,beans or matae ko halka ubal le, pattagobhi or pyaaj aise hi dal sakte hai ..

5. 2 hari mirch ( green chilly) chopped

6. baking powder- 1/2 tsp ..

7. Refined oil for tempring ( tadke ke liye)

8.musturd seeds (rai ke dane) 1/4 tsp

9.salt .. to taste ( namak swadanusar)

Bnane ki vidhi ... sabse pehle Oats or suji ko ek bade bowl main dale, phir usme dahi dal kr ek thick batter bna le . Ab sari sabjiyan, hari mirch or namak dal kr acche se mila le, or mixture ko thodi der k liye rakh de .

Iske  baad oven ko 365°pr preheat kre. Oats k mixture mai baking powder dale or halke hath se mila le, muffin tray ko acche se grease kre oil lga kr, phir isme spoon se mixture ko dal dijye is tarah ,jaisa ki pic mai hai ....

Ab ise oven mai bake kre 15 min.k liye. 15 min.baad ek baar tray ko nikal le or muffins ko upar oil or musturd seeds ka tadka dale spoon se charo taraf ,actually agar ye baad main krenge to muffins upar se dry ho jayenge, isliye pehle tadka dale uske baad 5 se 7 min.tk or bake kre ya ke jb tk ki muffins andar se cook na ho jaye .iske liye aap knife se check krk dekh sakte ho, knife agar clean nikle mtlb muffins acche se bake ho gye,agar sticky lge to thodi der or bake kr le ...

 Bs ise 5 min.k liye thanda hone de or muffins ko garam garam serve kre . Ye khane main light hone k sath sath bahut tasty bi hai or dikhne main to lajwaab. Aap.ise apne manpasand sauce ya chutney ke sath kha sakte ho ..

Nayi nayi dishes try krte rahiye bnaate rahiye or khilate rahiye aapke apno ko ..
