10. Kch meethi neem ke patte ( some curry leaves).
Sabse pehle suji (semolina) ko Curd ke sath mila kr ek thick or smooth batter bna lijye, without any lumps, phir usme salt dal kr 1 se 2 hour tk ferment hone ke liye kisi garam jagah pr dhak ke rakh dijye.
Ab sari veggies ko fine chop kijye, or halka steam kr lijye pyaaj ko steam ni krna, peas aap ya to pre boiled use kr sakte hai ya phir fresh hai to use bi veggies ke sath steam kr lijye, hari mirch ko chop kr lijye or dhaniya ko bi, Two hours ke baad ya jb bi aapko handwa bnana hai, aap steamed veggies, chopped onions, chilles or coriander, batter main dal kr acche se mix kr dijye.
