Bahut jyada trend hai aajkl specially baccho ko bahut craze hai aise khano ka ..

Hm jb bacche the actually mujhe yaad bi ni ki hmne kbhi Pizza,Burgers ya phir nachos ta taco's khaye ya dekhe sune the ..

Marwari khana kha kr bde hue, kolkata main bachpan gujra to wanha ki mithaiyan, snacks bahut pasand rahe or bahut hua to south indian food kha liya ..

I really like south-Indian food a lot speacially masala dosa .. pr ab tastes badal gye hain aisa ni ki traditional foods ni khaye jate pr aaj ki generation hr wqt kch naya khojti hai ...

Aise main main bi kch kch experiment krti rehti hoon .. Ek contest tha sheroes pr or uske liye ek nayi recipe post krni thi jo unique ho healthy ho easy ho or sath sath tasty bi ho ... To invent hui ye recipe from my kitchen ..

And you know guys ..This recipe gots first prize and my recipe was publish in the magazine "The life style portal"..

I am sharing this prize winning recipe with all of you today ... "Home made mini sweet  corn bhel tacos ".. for this you need

  1. Taco shell .. 6noz... Maine ye taco shell bnaaye with leftover whole wheat roti you  can take readymade taco shell also .. for making taco shell ..make small wheat tortillas heat the oven and spread little butter on the tortilla season it with salt and red chilli flakes and hang  the tortilla in your oven's griller rack in taco's shape ..
Bake it for 6-7 min and that's it .. cool them and they will become nice crispy like taco shell .. 

2..corn bhel .. for corn bhel you need .. 
1.sweet corn ..1 bowl
2.onion.. finechopped .. 1.
3.tomato fine chopped ...1.
4.cucumber fine chooped ..1.
5.green chilli ..chopped 2.
6.coriander ..chopped for garnishing 
7.tamrind sauce .. 4tsp
8.mint chutney .. 1tsp
9.lemon juice ..1tsp
10.red chilli powder 1/2tsp
11.black salt 1/4tsp
12.salt as per taste .. 
Mix all the ingredients of corn bhel in a bowl ..fill the taco shell with this mixture and immediately serve it .. its an easy and eye catching snack for your kids and you too ...
