Head into the woods

Hello everyone .. Hi-tec jindgi main kitna wqt hm nikaal pate hain .. khud ko nature k kareeb rakhne ka ..I think zero percent .. kuoki itni busy life hai sona .. khana or kaam k liye bhagna ye kaam hi easiliy kr le to ganeemat hai ..


 Aise main nature k kareeb jane ki fursat kanha hai ... Recently i read an article women's who spend more time in a nature live longer ... So ladies its time to head into the woods,or at the very least invest in a few house plants ...
Beyond the positive benefit's of women's mental and physical health,Planting flowers, trees and more in and around your home also reduces water waste loads and mitigates the effect of climate change. So perhaps the health benefits of planting is just Mother Nature's way of thanking you .
Hmne to apni jindgi jee li .

Pr apne baccho k liye hm kon si duniya chhod k jayenge ? Kya ye fiqr ki baat ni hain .. Mujhe lgta hai hme apne baccho ko Mother Nature k thoda kareeb le jana chaiye .. Greenrey k fayde batana chaiye ..

Ek bada garden ya bada green area na sahi apne ghar ki balcony main thodi greenry jaroor lgaani chaiye ... Ask them to plant seeds ..ask them to water the plants .. And I am sure they wil surely love this to do ... Isse na sirf hm unhe greenry k kareeb le jayenge balki unki life k kch or lamhe hm unhe gift krenge ..
 So pls do plant some outdoor plants in and out your home ... And leave a healthy life for your kids too ...
