Ab fried food hm generally avoid hi krte hai,health ko dekhte hue, to kya banaya jaye, Mere pass ek appe pan hai,badi kaam ki chij hai, innovative ideas deta rehta hai, appe to hm bnaate rehte hai,kbhi suji ke kabhi dosa batter ke, kabhi veg k sath or kbhi plain.
Aaj kch thoda different try krte hai "Moong dal ke appe". Kaise lgenge khane main ? Bilkil badhiya, maine ek baari pakode ka batter bach gya tha uske bnaaye the,ab main khass appe bnane k liye moong dal bhigoti hoon.
Look wise bahut acche,ek dm light or fluffy or khane main badhiya swaad.
"Moong dal appe " bnane k liye aapko chaiye.
Ingredients- 1. Moong dal -1bowl
2.dahi 1/2bowl
3.hari mirch -4
4.adrak ka tukda- chota sa
5. Hing -1/4 tsp
6.namak (swad anusar)
7. Meetha soda ya fruit salt -1/2tsp
8.rai k dane -1/4 tsp
Method- bnane ki vidhi- moong dal ko 4-5 ghante bhigo kr dahi adrak, hari mirch or hing ke sath mixer main grind kr le.
Ab isme namak mila kr ferment hone k liye rakh de, 2 ghante tk, ya phir chahe to turant bi bna sakte hai,ferment hone ke baad taste or texture dono or badhiya ho jate hai.
2 hours baad appe pan ko heat kre, moong dal mixture main soda ya fruit salt milaye, or appe pan main thoda oil lga le, rai k dane dale,or usme 1tsp ghol dale or thoda sa oil sprinkle kre, thodi der baad ek side se palat kr doosre taraf se bi sek le, dono taraf se golden sek le,isi tarah se baki bache ghol k bi appe bna le.
Garam garam khane ko de apne pasand ki chutney k sath ..
Ye light or healthy snack aapke or aapke ghar walo ko jaroor pasand aayega, maine ise plain hi banaya hai, aap chahe to sirf pyaaj chop krk dale dal ke batter main,ya phir thodi bareek kati sabjiyan bi dal sakti hai,isse uska crunch or taste dono badh jayega...
