Light, healthy ,oil free,low calorie and most of all it is very tasty too .

To aaj bnaate hai Oats idli,bahut hi km ingredients k sath hm ise bna sakte hai or
Kch jyada wqt ya taiyari bi ni chaiye .

Oats veg. idli bnane k liye hme chaiye

1.Normal Oats ..1 cup slightly grinded
2.half cup... semolina
3.one cup ....curd (sour )
4.Mix veggies ... one cup fine chopped and blanched .
5.salt to taste
6.soda-bi-carb or fruit salt ... half tsp

Preprations..


Ek bowl main oats or suji ko ek main mix kr le .. usme curd dale or acche se mix kr le salt add kre or use ferment hone k liye rakh de .. for 2 hours minimum rakhe .

After 2 hours.. batter main chopped and  blanched veg.add kre or batter check kre,agar batter jyada thick lge then thoda pani add kre .. ab fruit salt dal k acche se mix kr le ..

idli maker ko thoda grease kre  or batter dale phir ise 15 min.k liye steam kr le after 15.min.of  steaming idli's are  ready to eat .. aap ise nariyal ki chutney ya phir sauce k sath enjoy kre ... ye bahut jaldi bn jati hai or aap is subah k naaste main bna kr de sakte for the healthy start or the day .Agli baar main Oats ki ek or recipe le kr aaoongi ..tb tk aap ise bna kr enjoy kijye ...

Tip .. veg mai aap,gajar, beans peas le sakti hai ya phir jo aapki pasand ki ho .. garam garam idli ko banana leaves pr chutney k sath serve kijye or sach maniye ya na sirf healthy hai tasty bi utni hi hai ..
