1.daliye ya wheat porridge (1bowl).
2.chopped vegetables.. carrots,beans, peas,
3.ghee 2tsp
4.1/4tsp musturd seeds (rai k dane)
5.salt as per taste ( swaadanusar)
6.green chilly -2 chopped
7.coriander.. chopped
8. Water ..2 bowl
Bnane ki vidhi .... sabse pehle daliye ko pan main dal kr dheemi aanch pr lgaatar chalate hue acche se halke lal rang ka hone tk bhun lijye ..
Ab pressure cooker main ghee daliye .. garam hone pr rai k daane daliye,kari patta daliye or phir sari sabjiyaan dal kr 2 min.tk bhuniye, Ab daliya daal kr 2 min.or bhuniye,phir isme 2 bowl pani daliye ..
Pani usi bowl se lijye jis bowl se aapne daliya liya isse naap sahi rahega ..
Ab namak daliye or acche se mila kr cooker ki lid lga dijye, Gas ko sim pr kr dijye or 2 whistle aane tk use pakaiye .Pgir gas off kr dijye .. cooker thanda hone dijye or phir daliya ko dhaniya dal kr garnish kijye
